These are the full Terms and Conditions for the Customer’s use of this website and for the purchasing of products through this website.

Please read these carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this website.

Judd RX Limited reserves, under sole discretion, the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice. Any changes will be posted within this document. By use of this website, the Customer accepts that they are bound by the Terms and Conditions as written in this document. The Customer should check this document regularly.

Forming a Contract

When the Customer places an order to purchase a product from this website, this order is a formal offer to purchase the aforementioned product. Upon receipt of the Customer’s order, Judd RX Limited will send the Customer a confirmation email illustrating that order in detail, including any additional costs. The confirmation email that Judd RX Limited sends is neither a guarantee nor an invoice.

A contract between the Customer and Judd RX Limited will come into existence when Judd RX Limited charge the Customer’s PayPal, credit or debit card for the purchase of the product.

Pricing

All prices on this website are in £ GBP, EUROS or USD.

Judd RX Limited makes every effort to ensure that the prices listed on this website are correct. However, errors may occur and Judd RX Limited reserves the right to alter product prices on this website without notice. Other reasons for price alteration may include (but are not limited to) taxation changes or other duty increases.

In the event that Judd RX Limited changes the price of a product due to an error, the following Terms apply:

Judd RX Limited will inform the Customer as soon as possible of the amendment and of the correct price. The Customer may choose to fulfill their order at the correct price, or to cancel their order. If the Customer chooses to cancel their order and has already paid for the products in question, Judd RX Limited will refund the full amount in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The Customer should be aware that Judd RX Limited does not consider a pricing adjustment due to a promotion, sale or other offer as an error in price, and the above Terms do not therefore apply under such a circumstance.

Judd RX Limited is under no obligation to fulfill an order for a product that was advertised at an erroneous price.

Judd RX Limitedwill debit the Customer’s account on the day that the Customer places their order to purchase from this website.

Should Judd RX Limited be unable to fully or partially satisfy an order, the Customer will be contacted and a full or partial refund will be made.

Payment

Payment is accepted via the PayPal checkout system.

Customers do not require a PayPal account to use the PayPal checkout system. Credit and debit card payments can be made by selecting the card payment option at the bottom of the PayPal checkout window.

Availability

Availability of a product is based on the following criteria, which is indicated on each product page. If a product is not available to purchase or order, the Add to Cart button will not allow the Customer to add the item to their shopping cart.

In Stock – This means that the item is in stock and can be dispatched right away.

Out of Stock – The product is not currently available and we are unable to confirm if/when we will obtain further copies at the present time.

Should a delay in dispatch be anticipated, Judd RX Limited will make direct contact with the Customer to apprise them of the delay and update expected dispatch time.

Judd RX Limited will not be held responsible if that product is delayed or cancelled, or if the content or cover art has changed.

Where a new release is cancelled, Judd RX Limited will contact the Customer, cancel their order and make a full refund.

Delivery and Shipping

There is a £3.99 charge for shipping to mainland United Kingdom postcodes only.

At this time Judd RX Limited are only able to handle orders from the United Kingdom and Ireland, we apologise if this causes any inconvenience.

Where items are in stock, Judd RX Limited will endeavour to dispatch product to the Customer within 24 hours upon receipt of cleared payment (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays).

All deliveries will be made to the shipping address, as provided by the Customer.

Judd RX Limited reserves the right to refuse to deliver to an address that may not be secure. This address could be (but is not limited to) a communal postal address, a BFPO or a PO Box. In this event, Judd RX Limited will inform the Customer as soon as possible.

Judd RX Limited will not be liable to the Customer in the event that Judd RX Limited is prevented by circumstance from delivering a product that the Customer has ordered.

Judd RX Limited will notify the Customer if the courier is unable to successfully deliver the order after three attempts. Orders to be re-directed to an alternative address incur an additional postage cost of £4.00. Orders that are unable to be successfully delivered and that are returned to Judd RX Limited will be refunded, minus a 10% processing fee.

Right to Cancel

Judd RX Limited complies with the requirements of the Distance Selling Regulations.

The Customer may cancel their order for any reason and at any time, up to seven working days after the Customer has received their item(s). In the event that the Customer wishes to cancel their order, the Customer must inform Judd RX Limited in writing by sending an email to steve@stevejudd.co

Should a customer wish to invoke their right to cancel on any item, the item(s) must be returned to Judd RX Limited, sealed in its original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

In the event that the Customer has unsealed the items packaging, the Customer’s right to cancel no longer applies.

Should the Customer invoke their right to cancel, the following Terms apply:

If Judd RX Limited has not yet dispatched the item(s), Judd RX Limited will cancel the Customer’s order and make a full refund.

If Judd RX Limited has already dispatched the order, the Customer undertakes the responsibility to return the item(s) to Judd RX Limited. The Customer is responsible for the return postage costs incurred. An exchange or refund can only be processed once the item(s) has been received. It is therefore recommended that the Customer uses a traceable / insured mail service.

The Customer must return the item(s) to Judd RX Limited within 14 days of receipt to qualify for an exchange or refund.

Full details of the Customer’s right to cancel are given in the Returns Policy section. All items must be returned in accordance with the returns procedure, stated in the returns policy.

Defective Goods

In the event that a product is defective, faulty or sent in error by Judd RX Limited, the Customer should contact Judd RX Limited to arrange the return of the item.

Judd RX Limited will offer a replacement for the same item(s) that were faulty or damaged. Judd RX Limited will send that replacement to the Customer free of charge.

Where a replacement cannot be offered, Judd RX Limited will refund the cost of the item(s).

Faulty, damaged or defective item(s) must be returned within 28 days of receipt in order for a replacement / refund to be processed.

Judd RX Limited will arrange a courier to retrieve the item(s). Courier services will attend 8am-8pm, Monday to Friday and 8am-5pm on Saturdays.

The Customer should use and include all the original packaging to return their item(s) to Judd RX Limited.

Customers should allow ten working days for Judd RX Limited to process returned items and refund the Customer’s account. Refunds will be processed via the same method of payment as the original transaction.

Full details of the Customer’s right to return defective goods are given in the Returns Policy section. All items must be returned in accordance with the returns procedure, stated in the returns policy.

Links to Other Sites

The Judd RX Limited website contains links to external sites. Such links are not in any way an endorsement by, or an affiliation with, Judd RX Limited.

Judd RX Limited does not accept responsibility for the content of any external sites.

Any products that the Customer orders from another website are subject to the Terms and Conditions of that website and Judd RX Limited has no liability to the Customer in respect of that website nor any products or services the Customer obtains through its use.

Other websites are not subject to the Privacy Policy of Judd RX Limited and may collect data or solicit personal information from the Customer.

Intellectual Property

All content of this website is the property of Judd RX Limited and is protected by intellectual property and copyright laws. The Customer may access any part of this website and download or copy material for personal use only. The Customer may not download or copy material for use in conjunction with any other website or business. Judd RX Limited retains the copyright for such material, or, where the owners of the material have licensed that material to Judd RX Limited, the copyright is retained by the owners themselves.

The customer may not remove any copyright, trademark or intellectual property notice contained in original material from any material downloaded from this website.

All trademarks appearing on this website are the property of their respective owners. Use of these trademarks is forbidden unless written permission is obtained from the owner of the trademark.

Data Protection

Personal details provided by the Customer to Judd RX Limited through this website will only be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Judd RX Limited. The Customer should read the Privacy Policy before using this website. By providing personal details to Judd RX Limited, the Customer is consenting to the use of those details in accordance with the Privacy Policy as laid out on this site.

Other Information

Judd RX Limited reserves the right to correct any errors on this website, including description and image.

Judd RX Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any website order based on an incorrect description or image. These corrections may be made after the Customer’s order has been acknowledged.

Judd RX Limited reserves the right to decline to supply any individual or company without explanation.

Judd RX Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Customer’s use of this website at any time without explanation.

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit or debit card number to attempt to order from this website. Judd RX Limited will prosecute any Customer caught willfully entering a fictitious order to the fullest extent of the law.

If any single provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by a Court of Law, the invalidity of that single provision will not affect the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which will continue to have full effect.

The failure of Judd RX Limited to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.

Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the relevant United Kingdom Law. The Courts of the United Kingdom will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or other matter arising from these Terms and Conditions, the Customer’s use of this website or the supply of the item(s) by Judd RX Limited.
